Full day planning session Day 1

We meet face-to-face with you to complete your strategic and business plans to include marketing, finance, operations flow charts and resources.

You must independently develop operations flow charts, costings and cash flow procedures further.

• Training in financial analysis, how to develop effective flow charts & marketing strategies but you must develop operations flow charts, costings and cash flow further
• Your fully bound, completed business plan
• DaltonPlan Certificate of Completion
• 12 months further mentoring by telephone or email

- Good to Great

Medium sized businesses at a single site with up to 2 full time employees

Full day planning session Day 1

We meet face-to-face to develop your strategic and business plans including goals, costings, casg flow projections, P&L statement projections.

Full day planning session Day 2

We meet again the following day to complete your business plan by developing effective marketing strategies.

You must develop operations flow charts further.

• Training in financial analysis , how to develop effective flow charts & marketing strategies but you must develop your operations flow charts further
• Your fully bound, completed business plan
• DaltonPlan Certificate of Completion
• 12 months further mentoring by telephone or email

- All Systems are go

Medium - larger sized business at a single site with greater than 2 and up to 40 employees

Full day planning session Day 1

We meet face-to-face to develop your strategic and business plans including goals, costings, cashflow,P&L statement projections.

Full day planning session Day 2

We meet again the following day to continue your business and strategic plans by developing effective marketing strategies.

Full day planning session Day 3

We meet again to complete any outstanding work and to develop critical operations flow charts engaging with your staff to obtain their "buy-in"to a more "systems" orientated culture.

• Training in financial anaylsis, how to develop effective flow charts & marketing strategies.
• Together we complete all critical operations flow charts, costings and cash flow.
• Your fully bound, completed business plan

• 12 months further mentoring by telephone or email
